Veracend

Terms of service.

Last updated 21 October 2026. These terms are between you and Veracend (Veracend), contactable at support@veracend.com.

What we offer

  • Store audit (free): a check of your store’s public pages.
  • Full audit and Audit + Growth (one-off payments): a report built from the files you upload, available at a private link for 30 days. A full audit includes 3 progress checks.
  • Monitor (monthly subscription): your store re-checked regularly, with alerts by email. It renews each month until you cancel.

Prices are shown before you pay, in US dollars, and include any fees we charge. Your bank may add a currency conversion fee.

Your right to cancel

Reports are digital content delivered straight away. Before you pay, we ask you to agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once your report is unlocked. This doesn’t affect your other legal rights: if a report is faulty, for example it couldn’t read your files or misstates your data, email us within 30 days and we’ll fix it or refund you.

Monitor starts straight away when you agree to that before paying. You can cancel at any time from your Monitor page; it stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

What the reports are, and aren’t

Reports analyse your own data and public market data and give practical suggestions. They are not financial, legal or tax advice, and they can’t promise more sales. Product suggestions are things worth testing, not guaranteed winners. Market data comes from third parties and can change. You decide what to do with the results.

Fair use

  • Only upload data from stores you own or have permission to analyse.
  • Don’t use Veracend to overload, copy or attack other websites, or try to get around our limits.
  • Keep your report and Monitor links private: anyone with the link can see them.

Our responsibility

We take reasonable care to make reports accurate and the service available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or business decisions made using a report, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Names and trademarks

Veracend is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta, Google or Amazon. Their names are used only to describe which data Veracend works with.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and changes don’t affect purchases already made. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts can hear any dispute. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
