How to export your files.

Each takes about a minute. Use the same date range for every file; the last 30 to 90 days works best.

Shopify

Conversion rate breakdown Required

  1. In Shopify admin, go to Analytics, then Reports.
  2. Open Conversion rate breakdown and set the date range.
  3. Make sure there’s one row per Day.
  4. Click Export and choose CSV.

Orders export Recommended

  1. Go to Orders, then Export.
  2. Choose Orders by date with the same date range, and CSV for Excel.
  3. Large exports arrive by email. Download the file from there.

Sessions by landing page For Growth

  1. In Analytics, then Reports, open Sessions by landing page.
  2. Set the date range, then Export as CSV. This tells the report how many people visited each product.

Sessions by location Optional

  1. In Reports, open Sessions by location, set the date range and export as CSV.

Sessions by referrer Optional

  1. In Reports, open Sessions by referrer, set the date range and export as CSV.

WooCommerce

WooCommerce doesn’t record visits by itself, so visits come from Google Analytics 4. Your site needs GA4 with ecommerce events turned on (the free Google for WooCommerce or Site Kit plugins do this). Without them, only Sessions and Purchases appear, and the add-to-cart checks are skipped.

Visits by day Required

  1. In Google Analytics, go to Explore, then Free form.
  2. Add the dimension Date and the metrics Sessions, Add to carts, Checkouts and Ecommerce purchases.
  3. Set the date range, then click Share (or the download icon), then Download file, then CSV.

Orders export Recommended

  1. In WordPress, go to WooCommerce, then Analytics, then Orders.
  2. Set the same date range and click Download. Large exports arrive by email.

Visits by landing page For Growth

  1. In GA4 Explore, use the dimension Landing page with Sessions, Add to carts and Ecommerce purchases, then download as CSV.

Visits by location Optional

  1. In GA4 Explore, use the dimensions Country and Region with Sessions, then download as CSV.

Meta Ads export Recommended

  1. Open Ads Manager and choose the Campaigns tab.
  2. Set the same date range.
  3. Click Breakdown: under By time choose Day, and under By delivery choose Placement.
  4. Click Columns, then Customise columns, and tick Amount spent, Impressions, Link clicks, Landing page views, Adds to cart, Checkouts initiated, Purchases and Purchases conversion value.
  5. Click Reports, then Export table data, and choose .csv.

Meta audience exports For Growth

  1. Same steps as above, but change the breakdown: choose Age and Gender under By delivery, and export.
  2. Then change it to Region and export again.
  3. Upload both files in the “Audience exports” box.
